Meet Glenn

I have been involved in the trenches of the corporate world throughout my long-time career as a sales professional. Throughout my professional career and life journey, I’ve always held a strong personal interest and commitment on ways we can optimize our health and wellness. In addition to completing my bachelor’s degree in exercise science, I also earned certifications as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, Running Coach, and a Spinning Instructor. All of this as a means to satisfy my own passion and to better equip myself with the knowledge to help others.

In today’s world, we are all expected to do more at work and in our personal lives. I can help bring all the paths together and help you live a life where you feel balance and are thriving.

A few more fun-filled, personal aspects about me….

  • I enjoy distance running, cycling, spinning, strength training and yoga as my own means for fitness

  • I am an avid follower of the sport of pro cycling, a Tour De France historian and just an all-round endurance sport junkie

  • A true “foodie” - love wholesome, fresh, organic local quality food and clean eating

  • Enjoy my own time in the kitchen experimenting with recipes and healthy food creations

  • Still have a weakness for certain sweets - freshly baked chocolate chip cookies and whoopie pies

  • Loyal, die-hard San Francisco 49er fan

  • One of my great honors in life, being selected as an Olympic Torchbearer runner for the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City

  • Have a great appreciation for music - particularly classic rock n roll, but also jazz, classical, Motown, etc

  • A once Fleetwood Mac “groupie” and had the cool privilege in 1977 of meeting each of them in Hershey the day after their concert. I was awestruck meeting and talking with Stevie Nicks!

  • Love of travel and exploring new places

  • Appreciates hiking and being out forest bathing in nature

  • Lastly, is my greatest blessing in life, that as a devoted father to two grown children and now two granddaughters - strong commitment to family
