As an NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), my approach is client-centric, science-based, challenging, fun and rewarding in all programs. We will discuss and determine your specific fitness and health needs and goals, as well as any unique physical or medical limitations. I will create and write exercise prescription unique to baseline assessment, client fitness and/or sport-specific interests and goals. Provide personalized attention, instruction, feedback, and motivation through every aspect of workout and program. All centered around making meaningful impact in improved overall fitness (strength gain, weight loss, flexibility, enhanced endurance, etc.), obtaining of new goals and ultimately, your personal fitness success.
