In my coaching of different distance running athletes - from developmental youth track programs, to college athletes, and new adult runners, I create and employ a very well-rounded, sport specific program and engaging, fun training experience. Incorporating all the necessary training and fitness components, whether it be for the mile, 5K or 10K, half or full marathons, with all being aligned around your personal run-related interests and goals.
Run Coach Programs
3 Month Program
One-on-One In-Person Weekly Training Sessions - 50 minute session
Training Sessions/Workouts concentrate on various run performance areas – run assessment, running efficiency, pace, speed development, strength and physiological adaptations.
Two Over-the-Phone Training Consultations – 15-20 minute session
Over-the-Phone consultations concentrate around workout progressions/goals and areas related to sleep, nutrition, running psychology, race management, etc.
Weekly Exercise/Running Workout Schedule Provided
Includes TrainingPeaks membership for workout plans, monitoring, etc.
Cost $280 per Month based around the 3-Month Program contract
* Program Offering cost based around weekly training session being performed within a 25 mile travel radius
Running Exercise Prescription
Consultation and Development of 12-Week Exercise/Running Program
Program research, design and written relative to client current running performance and goal(s).
Meet to present, discuss and explain program
Cost $170 per prescription
* All programs listed above can be designed for any level - from the inexperienced, new to the sport or for the more competitive, seasoned runner.
